Server

Position Title: Server
Department: Food & Beverage
Exempt Status: Non-Exempt
Supervisor: Dining Room Manager and Assistant Dining Room Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Server is responsible for serving the members and guests in the dining areas. Servers are also responsible for the back work required to maintain the dining experience, including cleaning, wrapping silverware, machine cleaning, etc.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

Essential Job Duties:

1. To take orders, serve members and guests in the dining areas drinks & food.
2. To ensure an excellent member dining experience follow standards set forth by the dining manager, Executive Chef, and General manager.
3. Stock server side stations with polished glasses, bread and butter plates, coffee saucers and coffee cups at the beginning and end of each shift.
4. Assist with dish cleaning and stocking as needed.
5. Other duties as assigned.

Other Duties:

1. Assist in maintaining a high level of customer service for our member and their guests.
2. Assist in dishwashing and distribution of clean dishes if needed.
3. Maintain safe and sanitary conditions in the work areas.
4. Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress codes.
5. Completes all assigned cleaning tasks.
6. Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
7. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned supervisor.

Works indoors, must be able to stand/walk for 100% of the work day; must be able to lift and carry up to 20lbs. independently; must be able to push and pull bus carts weighing up to 50lbs. independently; but be able to bend, stoop, reach and balance frequently throughout the work day. Must be able to see, hear and speak.

Custodian/Housekeeping Services

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Creating the most visually appealing experience for our members. Execute & deliver our unique Jubilation brand all those we serve. Maintain the cleanliness of the clubhouse, showroom and apartments. This position requires flexibility of work schedule which may include but not limited to days, weekends and evenings depending on the needs of our community.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

Essential Job Duties:

1. Maintain the cleanliness of the clubhouse, showroom and apartments.
2. General janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows and furniture.

Concierge

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Concierge is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to members, staff, guests and vendors. Performs a variety of clerical duties as assigned.

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

Essential Job Duties:

1. Opens and closes the front desk and properly secures all files, keys and equipment in the office area.
2. Communicates to the appropriate parties, promptly and clearly, all messages and material directed to them through the business office.
3. Accepts and records, as directed, payments, reservations, appointments, cancellations and the like.
4. Confirms scheduled transportation and event registration with members.
5. Replenishes wine cards as needed for members.

Other Duties:

1. Receives all persons who enter the Community in a courteous manner, informs, guides, directs or otherwise assists members, visitors, staff or vendors tactfully and congenially to present the best possible image of the Community.
2. Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
3. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Physical effort is minimal. Seventy-five percent (75%) of the work day is spent sitting, standing intermittently, and bending. Must be able to lift and carry up to twenty (20) pounds. Requires manual coordination to operate switchboard, computer, and other business equipment. Requires continuous mental and visual attention to diversified operations. Must be able to function efficiently despite distractions and interruptions. Communicates orally and/or in writing with residents, coworkers, families, and public.
